Another minute of fame (for Mike)

When we joined the gym a few years ago, we started working with Shelly, the personal trainer. She's now also a health columnist for the local newspaper, and profiled Mike this week about fitness for auto racing. It was a good article, and mostly accurate. And they sold an extra paper because of it (no, we're not subscribers).
