You probably won't be surprised to know that you can buy quite a variety of potato-related items in the Boise Airport gift shop. On my recent trips, I found a rack of potato art cards that are quite clever. I've bought one on each trip, so it will take me a while to acquire the entire set, but you can view them all (and many others) on photographer Kirk Anderson's web site here.
