We enjoy going to thrift shops, antique fairs, and garage sales occasionally. Although we're not regulars at home (because unfortunately, we have to work for a living), it's fun to do when we travel, and especially when we go to St. Louis. My folks often take us to their regular haunts, and Mike found these glasses for just 50 cents each on our recent trip. I guess because we're children of the 60's, we both remember this style, and had to bring them home with us. We have a cabinet that is already full of all sorts of glassware, but we couldn't pass up a set of seven for just $3.50, no scratches, no chips. Real glass always feels so much better in your hand for a cool drink, and these, like the rest of our hodge-podge collection, will be used on a regular basis.
