If Mike is baking, chances are good that it contains chocolate. Yesterday he made "Mike's Dark Chocolate Black Bottom Bites" from one of his new cookbooks, I'm Dreaming of a Chocolate Christmas. There is a layer of cream cheese that adds to the overall creamy texture, and orange flavored chocolate adds a subtle surprise. Taking pictures of chocolate is not my strength, but trust me, they are delicious.
