Malaysian Chicken Pizza

Mike doesn't do all the cooking, of course. He probably does all of the chocolate baking, but I contributed Malaysian Chicken Pizza last night for dinner. I didn't take a picture, but you can see one, along with the full recipe from the Cooking Light website, here. I made the crust in the bread machine, but store-bought would work just as well. And if you forget to put the cheese on before the chicken (like I did), never fear, because it works just fine with the cheese on top.
