It looks like my laptop has died, so this is coming to you from my work machine. I won't be posting much until I can either fix the old one (unlikely - I think it's the hard drive), or buy a new one.
I know how you feel---my desktop 'puter is getting "wiped" and reinstalled. And I lost the bookmarks to most my blogs--now that really bummed me out! But was able to save all the important things like pictures etc to a flash drive.
