I'm still here, but have been too busy (from work) and too tired to come up with anything interesting to write.
Mike spent yesterday cooking tapas for today's Spanish Grand Prix. His goal for the year is to pair food with the country of each race. He's been through Malaysia (Malaysian Curry) and Australia (ANZAC cookies) and Spain (4 tapas dishes) and China (tea eggs). The LOONs will be coming to our house to watch the Grand Prix of Monaco in two weeks, so it's time to start searching for recipes. I've never seen a Monaco cookbook, but Google provided us with www.visitmonaco.com and a handful of recipes to start with.
